High Value Added Services
The Bordeaux employment area is characterised by high value added service activities and a high proportion of jobs in services to businesses.
Bordeaux is the N°1 city (after Paris) for IT service centres and also ranks 4th in France in banking, 3rd for brokerage activities and 3rd for CRM centres.
Bordeaux Euratlantique – a business district of European importance - will be the future centre of the city for these service activities, with 450,000 to 500,000m² of office space by 2020.
