Competitive costs
To set up in Bordeaux Gironde is to choose a highly competitive cost per square metre and a lower cost of living than in other major cities, with a dynamic market boosted by a number of ambitious projects.
Rental prices in the city centre are between €148 and €175/m²/year for new office space and between €110 and €170/m²/year for used office space.
On the outskirts of Bordeaux, the range is €120 to €140/m² for new or renovated existing office space.
According to Eurocost, Bordeaux boasts the highest purchasing power of all the French cities of comparable size. The cost of living is 30% lower than in the City of Paris and 10% lower than in the Paris region as a whole.
