In the last two years, the conurbation has seen a record number of property transactions which has confirmed Bordeaux’s status as one of Europe’s top cities.
Out of the 130,000 m² of business property available, 24 % are new offices and 45% are in the town centre.
Average sales prices are among the most competitive among major French cities and are overall at least 30% less than the Paris region.
