2008 is a good year in terms of take up and projects caried out. Indeed, with a volume of transactions of around 83,500 m² for offices and a little over 190,000 m² for business and warehouse premises, Bordeaux conurbation has proved the strength of its market.
Average sales prices are among the most competitive among major French cities and are overall at least 30% less than the Paris region.
