An innovative international business centre like no other to contribute to the European positioning strategy of Bordeaux. This city-centre project around the TGV railway station will comprise a service-sector business centre of some 400,000m2.
This innovative district built with efficient transport services and a diversified environment of housing, offices and local shops, squares and attractive public spaces, hotels, a congress centre and nightlife activities… forming a new centre for Bordeaux.
- Total construction potential of 2,500,000m² net floor area.
- 1,200,000m² of housing, representing 15,000 to 16,000 homes.
- 80,000m² of residences for students, the elderly, artists.
- 400,000m² of office space (business centres).
- 150,000m² of business premises.
