Bordeaux oilseed processor Saipol has just brought a new semi-refining unit on stream. Altogether, Saipol has invested $110 million over two years on its new venture into biodiesel production.
The group has another presence in the Bordeaux region, in the guise of its affiliate Lesieur, an edible oil refinery employing around 100 people.
