Bordeaux Aeroparc, the new science park dedicated to aviation and aerospace will offer a 2,000-m2 facility unique in France.
It is located at Mérignac, just alongside the runways and next to the Institute of Airport Maintenance. It will offer training services and qualifications for recognized levels of competence to those mounting projects, or companies who have relocated here, such as Altep, BEA and Catherineau. The components supplier Le Câblage Français, designers and manufacturers of electric cabling, will have a plant operating here from next June.
Nursery and incubator Bordeaux Technowest, which houses a drones development cluster, will also be locating at the Aeroparc.
